5 Panel box

The boxes made of 5 panels wrap themselves around the merchandise you want to pack and protect. Their panels overlap when folded to securly close the ends of the box.

This type of boxes are recommended for large equipment with low heights.

1- Flat box

2- Fold the long sides

The corners of the box with 5 panels are folded.

3- Fold the corners of the long sides

The ends of the short sides are folded up to meet the other folded ends.

4- Fold the ends of the short sides

The bottom portion of the box is held together.

5- Glue or staple

The long sides of the top of the box with 5 panels are folded.

6- Fold the long sides of the top of the box

Top lid with the ends of the short sides are folded for a fully assembled lid.

7- Fold the ends of the short sides

The lid is held together with glue or staples.

8- Glue or staple the ends

9- Close the box
